# Delete contact

> Permanently remove a contact from the workspace.

After the contact is deleted, Tapify returns `204 No Content` with an empty response body.

<Warning>
  Deleting a contact cannot be undone. It does not remove copies that were previously exported or saved in another system.
</Warning>
