# Digital business card analytics

> See how people view, save, and respond to your Tapify digital business card, and understand what each activity metric means.

Analytics helps you understand what happens after you share your digital business card. It is available with Tapify Pro and is included with team accounts.

## Open analytics

1. Open the **Card** tab.
2. Tap the **More** button.
3. Select **Analytics**.
4. Choose **Week**, **2 Weeks**, **Month**, or **Year**.

## What each metric means

* **Card Views** counts visits to your digital business card.
* **Contacts** counts contacts created through your digital business card.
* **Downloads** counts taps to save your contact details.

The selected date range changes both the totals and the chart. **Year** groups activity by month; the shorter ranges show activity by day.

  Analytics reports actions, not unique people. The same person may view your digital business card more than once.

## When no activity appears

New digital business cards show **No analytics yet** until Tapify records a view, contact, or download. Share yours, then check again later.

If you expect existing activity:

* Confirm that you are viewing the correct Tapify account.
* Try a longer date range.
* Check your internet connection.
* Close and reopen Analytics.

Analytics begins with activity associated with your current digital business card. It cannot report what someone does after they save a copy of your details to their own phone.
