# Set up quick access

> Add your QR code to Wallet, the Home Screen, the Lock Screen, or another shortcut.

Choose your phone below, then set up the shortcuts you want to use.

    ## Add a Wallet card to Apple Wallet

    1. Open **Card** and tap your QR code.
    2. Select **Add to Apple Wallet**.
    3. Check the preview.
    4. Tap **Add to Apple Wallet**, then confirm in the Apple Wallet sheet.

    Adding the standard Wallet card is available without Pro. Customizing its colors and images requires Tapify Pro. For a team-managed digital business card, your workspace may control the branding.

    To share from Apple Wallet, open the Wallet card and let the other person scan its QR code.

    ## Add a Home Screen widget

    1. In Tapify, open **Share → Add to homescreen** to view the guide.
    2. Touch and hold an empty area on your iPhone Home Screen.
    3. Tap **+** and find **Tapify**.
    4. Choose a QR widget size and tap **Add Widget**.
    5. Place the widget where you want it.

    Tapping the widget opens Tapify’s sharing screen.

    ## Show your QR code on the Lock Screen

    Tapify can start a Live Activity when you open the app:

    1. Open **Card → More → Settings**.
    2. Open **Preferences**.
    3. Turn on **Start Live Activity Automatically**.

    Your QR code can then appear on the Lock Screen and, on supported iPhones, in the Dynamic Island. Turn the setting off to stop automatic Live Activities.

    ## Add Tapify to Control Center

    Tapify provides controls for **Scan Contact**, **Add Contact**, and **Share Card**.

    1. Open Control Center.
    2. Touch and hold an empty area, then choose to add a control.
    3. Search for **Tapify**.
    4. Add the controls you want.

    ## Add a Wallet card to Google Wallet

    1. Open **Card** and tap your QR code.
    2. Select **Add to Google Wallet**.
    3. Follow the Google Wallet prompts.

    To share, open the Wallet card in Google Wallet and let the other person scan its QR code.

    ## Add a Home Screen widget

    1. Touch and hold an empty area on your Home Screen.
    2. Select **Widgets**.
    3. Find **Tapify**.
    4. Touch and hold the Tapify QR widget, then place it on your Home Screen.

    The exact wording can vary by phone manufacturer.

    ## Show your QR code in a notification

    1. Open **Card → More → Settings**.
    2. Open **Preferences**.
    3. Turn on **Show QR Automatically**.
    4. Allow notifications if Android asks.

    Tapify will keep a QR notification available after you open the app. Turn the preference off to remove it.

## If a Wallet card or widget looks out of date

Open Tapify while connected to the internet and check your digital business card first. If the Wallet card or shortcut still does not update, remove it from Wallet or your Home Screen and add it again.
