# Contact aanmaken

> Maak een contact aan of werk een bestaand contact bij op basis van het e-mailadres.

Stuur `fullName` en de overige gegevens die je wilt opslaan. De naam mag niet leeg zijn. Alle andere velden zijn optioneel.

## Aanmaken of bijwerken op basis van e-mail

Als het e-mailadres overeenkomt met een opgeslagen contact in deze workspace, werkt Tapify dat contact bij met de velden die je meestuurt. Hoofdletters maken bij het vergelijken van e-mailadressen geen verschil. Velden die je weglaat, behouden hun bestaande waarde.

Zonder e-mailadres maakt elk verzoek een nieuw contact aan. Ken je de ID van een bestaand contact? Gebruik dan [Contact bijwerken](https://docs.tapify.app/nl/api-reference/contacts/update.md).

## Een teamlid toewijzen

Gebruik voor `connectedWithProfileId` een `id` uit [Teamleden ophalen](https://docs.tapify.app/nl/api-reference/team-members/list.md). Het teamlid moet bij dezelfde workspace horen.

Een contact aanmaken of toewijzen verstuurt geen e-mail naar die persoon.

## Notities en tags

Gebruik `internalNote` voor een interne notitie in de workspace. `message` is het bericht dat de persoon zelf heeft ingevuld en `captureMethod` geeft aan hoe het contact is verzameld. Deze twee velden kun je alleen lezen. Als je ze meestuurt, krijg je `400 Bad Request`. Nieuwe contacten uit de API krijgen `captureMethod: "manual"`.

>
> Als je `tags` meestuurt, vervang je de volledige taglijst. Dit geldt ook als je een bestaand contact bijwerkt op basis van het e-mailadres. Gebruik `[]` om alle tags te verwijderen.

> Tags worden gedeeld binnen de workspace. Hergebruik je een tagnaam, dan wordt de kleur overal bijgewerkt. Zonder kleur wordt `neutral` gebruikt.
