# Groups and multiple brand kits

> Organize team members and give different parts of your workspace their own branding.

Groups help you organize members by team, location, brand, or another structure. Each group is connected to a brand kit.

## Create a group

1. Open **Settings → Groups**.
2. Select **Add group**.
3. Enter the group name.
4. Select **Add group**.

A new group initially uses the workspace’s default brand kit.

## Choose a brand kit for a group

1. Open the group’s actions and select **Edit**.
2. Choose an existing **Brand kit**.
3. Select **Save**.

All members assigned to the group use that brand kit for their digital business card and Wallet card.

## Create another brand kit

New brand kits are created while editing a group:

1. Open **Settings → Groups**.
2. Edit the group that needs different branding.
3. Select **Add new brand kit**.
4. Under **Copy from**, choose the brand kit you want to use as a starting point.
5. Enter a name for the new brand kit.
6. Select **Save**.

Tapify copies the profile styling, company details, editing permissions, and Wallet design. Open **Brand kit** and select the new brand kit to customize and publish it.

## Assign a member to a group

1. Open **Team**.
2. Select the member.
3. Select **Group**.
4. Choose the group.
5. Select **Save**.

The member starts using the group’s brand kit. Their public link and QR code stay the same.

## Move or remove a member

Open the member under **Team**, select **Group**, and choose another group or no group. A member without a group uses the workspace’s default brand kit.

## Delete a group

1. Open **Settings → Groups**.
2. Open the group’s actions and select **Delete**.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting a group does not delete its members. They are removed from the group and return to the default brand kit.

  A brand kit copied for a group remains available after the group is deleted.
