# Set up your brand kit

> Control the shared appearance and company details on your team’s digital business cards.

A brand kit keeps your team’s digital business cards consistent. Your workspace starts with a default brand kit, which you can update under **Brand kit → Profile**.

## Choose a brand kit

If your workspace has more than one brand kit, use the selector at the top of the page. Check the selected brand kit before making changes.

Additional brand kits are created through groups. See [Groups and multiple brand kits](/teams/brand-kit/groups).

## Customize the appearance

Use the live phone preview while changing:

* **Company name**
* **Brand color**
* **Theme** — light or dark
* **Font**
* **Radius** — sharp, rounded, or circle
* **Banner**

For the banner, use a **5:3 ratio** to prevent unwanted cropping. **1500 × 900 px** is recommended. Upload a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF up to 5 MB.

## Add company contact details

Company contact details appear across the digital business cards using this brand kit.

1. Select **Add contact**.
2. Choose a phone, email, website, address, or social media field.
3. Add a label and value where requested.
4. Select **Save**.

Select an existing field to edit or delete it. Add company-wide details here; manage personal details from the individual member under **Team**.

## Choose what members can edit

The brand kit includes two controls for the mobile app:

* **Allow avatar editing** lets members change their own profile photo.
* **Allow contact detail editing** lets members change their own contact fields.

Turn a control off when the workspace should manage that information centrally. Members will see the field as managed by their organization.

## Publish changes

The preview updates while you edit, but team members do not receive the changes until you publish them.

1. Review the phone preview.
2. Confirm that you are editing the correct brand kit.
3. Select **Publish**.

The published design is applied to members who use that brand kit. Their existing link and QR code continue to work.

<Warning>
  Leaving the page with unpublished changes means those changes are not applied to your team.
