# Customize Wallet cards

> Apply your brand to the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards used by your team.

Wallet cards give team members quick access to the QR code for their digital business card. Customize them under **Brand kit → Wallet**.

## Choose the brand kit

If your workspace uses multiple brand kits, select the one you want to edit at the top of the page. Its Wallet design is shared by the members assigned to that brand kit.

## Edit the Wallet design

You can change:

* **Card color** — the Wallet card background
* **Label color** — the smaller labels
* **Text color** — names and other primary information
* **Apple Wallet logo**
* **Strip image**

Choose **Apple** or **Google** under **Platform** to preview the Wallet card on each platform. You do not need to maintain two separate templates.

## Prepare your images

| Image                 | Recommended size                                             | Maximum file size |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ | ----------------- |
| **Apple Wallet logo** | 160 × 50, 320 × 100, or 480 × 150 px                         | 2 MB              |
| **Strip image**       | At least 375 px wide with a 3:1 ratio, such as 1200 × 400 px | 5 MB              |

The uploaded Wallet logo is used for Apple Wallet. Google Wallet inherits the workspace logo from **Settings → General**. To change it, see [Workspace and account settings](/teams/settings/general#add-or-change-the-company-logo).

Tapify accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF images.

  Check that the label and text colors have enough contrast against the card color in both previews.

## Publish the Wallet design

1. Review the Apple and Google previews.
2. Confirm that the correct brand kit is selected.
3. Select **Publish**.

Publishing updates the Wallet design for the members using that brand kit. Existing Wallet cards normally receive the update automatically when the phone is online.

If a Wallet card still shows the old design, ask the member to open Tapify and Wallet while connected to the internet. See [Teams troubleshooting](/teams/help/troubleshooting) if it does not update.
