# Team analytics

> Understand digital business card activity, contact growth, networking performance, and contact sources across your Tapify workspace.

**Analytics** shows how your team’s digital business cards perform in the selected workspace.

## Choose a period

Use the period selector to view:

* Last week
* Last 2 weeks
* Last month
* Last year

The percentage beside each total compares the selected period with the matching period immediately before it. For example, **Last week** is compared with the previous week.

## Understand the totals

| Metric       | Meaning                                                           |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Views**    | Times someone opened a team member’s digital business card.       |
| **Saves**    | Times someone selected an option to save a team member’s details. |
| **Contacts** | Contacts added to the workspace during the selected period.       |

The activity chart shows how these totals changed across the period.

  Analytics records activity, not necessarily unique people. The same person can create more than one view or action.

## Best networker

**Best networker** highlights the team members generating the most activity. The score combines digital business card views, saves, and contacts, with new contacts contributing most strongly.

Use it as a simple activity indicator rather than a complete measure of someone’s performance.

## Contact source

**Contact source** shows how contacts entered Tapify, including:

* AI scan
* Manual entry
* Paper or digital business card
* LinkedIn QR code
* vCard
* Exchange form on a digital business card

This helps you understand which capture methods your team uses most.

## If Analytics is empty

Analytics begins filling after team members share their digital business cards or collect contacts. Confirm that members are active and using Tapify, then check again after activity has been recorded.
