# Understand contact enrichment

> Learn what enrichment can find and where to see the saved details in your team dashboard.

Enrichment uses the details you already have to look for missing professional information. For example, if a badge shows a name and company, Tapify can use those details to look for a work email, job title, or LinkedIn profile.

## What team members do

With **Teams Connect**, team members can use **Enrich** while reviewing a scan or **Enrich contact** on a saved contact in the app. If Tapify finds suggestions, members review them and choose which ones to apply. ## What admins see

Open the contact in the **Contacts** dashboard. The details your team member applied appear in the record. **Enriched at** shows when those details were added. Select a detail to correct it if needed.
