# Set up your workspace

> Create a Tapify Teams workspace and complete the first setup tasks.

Your workspace keeps your team members, brand, contacts, analytics, products, and billing together.

## Create a workspace

Tapify Teams uses your work email and a verification code instead of a password.

1. Open [Tapify Teams](https://tapify.app/signup).
2. Enter your work email and select **Continue**.
3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
4. Add your name and job title.
5. Enter your workspace name and choose your team size.
6. Add a company logo, or skip it for now.
7. Select **Start free trial**.

The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card. See [Billing and trial](/teams/settings/billing) for billing details.

  Tapify Teams requires a work email. Personal users create their account in the Tapify mobile app.

## Use the Overview

After setup, **Overview** shows a quick view of your workspace:

* Recent contacts
* Team members and pending invitations
* Active and unclaimed Tapify NFC Cards
* Views, contacts, and saves from the last week

The setup checklist links to the main tasks for getting your workspace ready:

* Complete your brand kit
* Add and activate team members
* Assign Tapify NFC Cards
* Set up a custom domain

You can dismiss the checklist when you no longer need it.

## Add another workspace

Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar when you manage more than one organization or team.

1. Open the workspace switcher.
2. Select **Create workspace**.
3. Enter the workspace name.
4. Select **Create workspace**.

Each workspace has its own team, brand kits, contacts, settings, and subscription. Use the same switcher to move between workspaces.

  If you manage multiple workspaces, check which one is open before making changes. Members, brand kits, contacts, settings, and billing are separate for each workspace.

Set up your [brand kit](/teams/brand-kit/profile) before inviting the full team. This gives members a ready-to-use digital business card when they activate Tapify.
