# I cannot sign in to the Teams dashboard

> Check your admin account, verification code, and dashboard invitation.

Use these steps when you cannot sign in to the Tapify Teams web dashboard. Team members use the mobile app unless they also have a separate admin invitation.

**Applies to:** Team owners and admins using the Tapify web dashboard.

## What to check

* Use the work email connected to your owner or admin account.

  * Enter the newest 6-digit verification code you received.
  * Check spam or junk folders for the email from Tapify.
  * Request another code if the first one expired.
  * Make sure you are using [Tapify Teams](https://tapify.app/login), not the mobile app sign-in for a personal account.

  If Tapify says no Teams account exists, ask the workspace owner to confirm your admin invitation and email address.
