> Fix common Tapify Teams sign-in, invitation, branding, contact, NFC Card, domain, and billing problems.

Start by confirming that the correct workspace is selected, your internet connection works, and the page is refreshed.

  <Accordion title="I cannot sign in to Tapify Teams" id="cannot-sign-in">
    * Use the work email connected to your owner or admin account.
    * Enter the newest 6-digit verification code you received.
    * Check spam or junk folders for the email from Tapify.
    * Request another code if the first one expired.
    * Make sure you are using [Tapify Teams](https://tapify.app/login), not the mobile app sign-in for a personal account.

    If Tapify says no Teams account exists, ask the workspace owner to confirm your admin invitation and email address.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A team member did not receive their invitation" id="member-invitation-missing">
    1. Open **Team** and check the member’s email address.
    2. Confirm that the status is not still **Not invited**.
    3. Ask the member to check spam or junk folders.
    4. Open the member’s actions and send the invitation again.

    The member must activate Tapify with the exact work email shown in your workspace. If the status is **Failed**, correct the email address before trying again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A member cannot open their team account in the mobile app" id="member-cannot-activate">
    * Confirm that the member exists under **Team**.
    * Send or resend their invitation.
    * Ask them to sign in with the invited email address.
    * With email sign-in, ask them to use the newest 6-digit code.
    * Confirm that the member has an internet connection and the latest Tapify app.

    Share [Sign in and set up Tapify](/individual/getting-started/setup) for device-specific instructions.
  </Accordion>

    5. Refresh the member’s digital business card.

    For a Wallet card, ask the member to open Tapify and Wallet while online. Wallet updates can take a little longer to appear.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A contact is missing" id="contact-missing">
    * Confirm that you selected the correct workspace.
    * Clear the **Tag** and **Connected with** filters.
    * Search by the contact’s name or email address.

    * Check whether your DNS provider automatically adds the main domain to the record name.
    * Remove conflicting records for the same subdomain.
    * Allow time for DNS changes to propagate, then return to the Domain page.

    Ask the person who manages your domain to compare the live DNS records with Tapify if the status remains **Needs configuration**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The trial ended or workspace features are locked" id="trial-ended">
    Open **Settings → Billing** and check the subscription status. If the trial ended, select **Subscribe**, review the billed member count, and complete checkout.

    If the subscription is **Past due** or **Unpaid**, select **Manage subscription** and update your payment details in the billing portal.

    If you canceled, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. After that date, resubscribe from **Settings → Billing** to restore paid features. Your workspace data is retained unless the workspace owner deletes the workspace.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Billing shows the wrong number of members" id="wrong-member-count">
