# Invite team members

> Send or resend invitations and see who has joined your team in Tapify.

Open **Team** in the Tapify web dashboard. You can send invitations after you’ve [added your team members](https://docs.tapify.app/teams/members/add-invite.md).

## Send invitations

### Invite one member

**1. Open the invite dialog**

Open the member’s actions menu and select **Invite member**.

**2. Send the invitation**

Select **Send invite**.

### Invite several members

Use the **Status** filter and choose **Not invited** to find people who still need an invitation.

**1. Choose who to invite**

Select the members in the **Team** table.

**2. Review the selection**

Select **Invite** above the table. The button shows how many people you selected.

**3. Send the invitations**

Select **Send invites**.

Ask each member to [join in the Tapify app](https://docs.tapify.app/individual/getting-started/join-team.md) using the email address you added for them.

### Resend an invitation

Confirm the member’s email address, then follow the steps to invite one member again.

## Understand member statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Not invited** | The member has been added and is waiting for an invitation. |
| **Pending** | The invitation was sent and the member has yet to join. |
| **Active** | The member joined the team in the Tapify app. |
| **Failed** | The invitation could not be sent. |
