# Workspace and account settings

> Update workspace details, change your account settings, or delete a workspace.

Workspace settings apply to the selected organization. Account settings apply to your own Tapify Teams login.

## Change the workspace name

1. Open **Settings → General**.
2. Find **Workspace name** and select **Edit**.
3. Enter the new name.
4. Select **Save**.

The new name appears in the dashboard and workspace communications.

## Add or change the company logo

1. Open **Settings → General**.
2. Select **Add logo** or **Change logo**.
3. Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image.

The logo is uploaded as soon as you choose it. Tapify uses it in places such as the workspace switcher, invitations, and branded QR codes.

  The workspace logo is separate from images in your brand kit. Update **Brand kit** when you want to change the digital business card or Wallet design.

## Change your account email

1. Open your account from the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Open **Account**.
3. Find **Email** and select **Change**.
4. Enter the new email address.
5. Enter the 6-digit code sent to that address.

Your account email is used to sign in to Tapify Teams. Changing it does not change a team member’s contact email on their digital business card.

## Change the dashboard language

Open **Account** and choose your preferred language. The setting changes the Tapify Teams interface for your account.

## Switch or create a workspace

Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar to open another workspace or select **Create workspace**. Each workspace has separate data and billing.

## Delete a workspace

Only the workspace owner can delete a workspace.

1. Confirm that the correct workspace is selected.
2. Open **Settings → General**.
3. Select **Delete workspace**.
4. Review the warning and confirm.

Deleting the workspace cancels its Tapify Teams subscription and permanently removes its team members, digital business cards, contacts, brand kits, products, settings, and workspace access.

  Workspace deletion cannot be undone. Export required contacts and save any other information before continuing.
</Warning>

Deleting a workspace does not delete any other Tapify workspace you own or administer.
