# Compare Teams Core and Teams Connect

> Choose a Teams plan and understand pricing, member minimums, and included features.

Tapify Teams has two plans. **Teams Core** covers central management of digital business cards, members, and branding. **Teams Connect** includes Core and adds shared contact management and follow-up tools.

**Applies to:** Team owners and admins using the Tapify web dashboard.

Owners and admins choose one plan for the whole team. You do not choose different plans for individual members.

## Can one team mix Core and Connect seats?

No. Every member in one team uses the same Teams plan. You cannot keep a team on Core and upgrade only two members to Connect.

For example, changing a team with 10 members from Core to Connect changes the plan for all 10 members. The five-member billing minimum is a separate rule; it does not allow mixed Core and Connect seats.

## Compare team features

These features apply to the team’s web dashboard and shared card setup.

Physical NFC business cards are optional and sold separately. Both plans support them.

## EUR prices

These prices apply to the current standard plans for teams with 5–24 members, excluding VAT.

| Teams Core    | €2.50 per member per month | €24 per member per year, equivalent to €2 per month |
| Teams Connect | €5 per member per month    | €48 per member per year, equivalent to €4 per month |

Yearly billing charges the full year. For five members, Core costs €12.50 monthly or €120 yearly. Connect costs €25 monthly or €240 yearly. These examples exclude VAT.

The checkout shows your currency, applicable tax, and total before you confirm. Existing or individually agreed subscriptions can have different terms. Check **Settings → Billing** for your team's subscription.

## Member minimum and volume pricing

Both standard plans have a five-member billing minimum. A team with three members is billed for five. Members count from creation, even if their invitation is pending.

| 75–99     | 20%                                       |
| 100       | 25%                                       |

## Choose or change a plan

Open **Settings → Billing**, then select **Choose a plan** or **Change plan**. Compare the plan, billing period, member count, and total before confirming.
