Install Tapify from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the account you want to use for your digital business card.

Before you start

Tapify requires:
  • iOS 18 or later on iPhone
  • Android 9 or later on Android
  • An internet connection during sign-in and initial setup

  1. Open Tapify.
  2. Tap Get started.
  3. Choose a sign-in method.
Continue with Apple, Google, or email.
If you continue with email:
  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Open the email from Tapify.
  3. Return to Tapify and enter the 6-digit code.
You do not need a password. If the code does not work, request a new one and enter the most recent code.

Set up a personal digital business card

When you create a personal account, Tapify asks for the information needed to prepare your digital business card:
  1. Enter your name.
  2. Add your job title and company, if relevant.
  3. Add a profile photo, or skip this step.
  4. Add the email address and phone number you want to share.
  5. Review your details and finish setup.
You can skip optional information and add it later from Card → More → Edit Card.
Your account email is used to sign in. It appears on your digital business card only when you add it as a contact field.

Open a team-managed digital business card

If your organization invited you to Tapify, sign in with the exact email address that received the invitation. Tapify will connect you to your workspace and open the digital business card created for you. Your team may control:
  • Company information
  • Branding
  • Your profile photo
  • Contact details
Locked fields show that they are managed by your workspace.
If Tapify cannot find your invitation or your digital business card is not ready, contact your workspace administrator.

If you cannot sign in

  • Check that you are using the same Apple, Google, or email account as before.
  • With email sign-in, use the newest code you received.
  • Check your spam or junk folder for the email from Tapify.
  • Confirm that your device is online.
  • For a team account, confirm the invited email address with your administrator.
