When someone opens your card, they can send you their contact details through a short form. They don’t need a Tapify account or app.

Share your card

Show your QR code, send your link, or let the person tap your NFC card.

Ask them to share their details

They select Exchange contact details, enter their details, and select Share details. They can use Add more details to include a job title, company, or message.

Find the contact in Tapify

Open Contacts and look for their name. Their message is shown separately from any conversation notes you add.After submitting, they can select Save contact to save your details to their phone.
Opening your card alone doesn’t collect someone’s details. They need to submit the form. This works on every plan and doesn’t use your scan allowance.
For team members on Teams Connect, admins can also see the contact in the Teams dashboard.

FAQ

Check that the person selected Share details and saw Details shared. Reconnect your phone and reopen Contacts. Make sure you shared the intended card.
The form needs internet access. An offline QR code shares your basic details directly and doesn’t include the form.
