Your digital business card should contain only the information you are comfortable sharing. You can update it at any time without changing its link or QR code.

Open the editor

  1. Open the Card tab.
  2. Tap the More button.
  3. Select Edit Card.
The editor is divided into Personal, Fields, and Branding.

Personal

Use Personal to update:
  • Profile photo
  • First and last name
  • Job title
  • Department
  • Company
  • About title and description
To change your photo, tap Change photo, choose an image, and adjust the crop.

Fields

Use Fields to add the ways people can contact you. You can add more than one item of each type:
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Websites
  • Addresses
  • Social links
Add a label such as Work, Mobile, or Company when it helps someone understand which detail to use. To update an existing field, select it and make your changes. On iPhone, you can also swipe a field to edit or delete it.

Branding

Use Branding to change the appearance of your digital business card:
  • Banner image
  • Brand color
  • Light or dark theme
  • Design style
  • Font
  • Tapify branding
Some colors, design styles, fonts, and the option to remove Tapify branding require Tapify Pro. You can still add a banner and use the standard appearance on the Free plan.

Save your changes

Tap Save when you finish. Open the preview to check the result.
Your digital business card updates automatically when you make changes.

Team-managed digital business cards

Your workspace may lock individual fields or the entire Branding section. A lock means the value is controlled by your team. You can continue editing any personal fields that your administrator has made available. If a managed value is incorrect, contact your workspace administrator.

Keep it clear

  • Use a recent, recognizable profile photo.
  • Put the contact method you prefer near the top.
  • Add only links you still use.
  • Keep the About section short enough to scan.
  • Check the preview after changing the theme or brand color.
