Set up Tapify for your team

Your workspace keeps your team members, brand, contacts, analytics, products, and billing together. Applies to: Team owners and admins using the Tapify web dashboard.

Create a workspace

Tapify Teams uses your work email and a verification code instead of a password.

1. Open Tapify Teams.
2. Enter your work email and select Continue.
3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
4. Add your name and job title.
5. Enter your workspace name and choose your team size.
6. Add a company logo, or skip it for now.
7. Select Start free trial.

The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card. See Billing and trial for billing details.

Use the Overview

After setup, Overview shows a quick view of your workspace:

• Recent contacts with Connect access
• Team members and pending invitations
• Active and unclaimed Tapify NFC Cards
• Views and saves from the last week, plus contact activity with Connect access

The setup checklist links to the main tasks for getting your workspace ready:

• Complete your brand kit
• Add and activate team members
• Assign Tapify NFC Cards
• Set up a custom domain with Connect

You can dismiss the checklist when you no longer need it.

Add another workspace

Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar when you manage more than one organization or team.

1. Open the workspace switcher.
2. Select Create workspace.
3. Enter the workspace name.
4. Select Create workspace.

Each workspace has its own team, brand kits, contacts, settings, and subscription. Use the same switcher to move between workspaces.

Continue setup

1. Set up your brand kit before inviting the full team.
2. Add one member and check the card preview.
3. Send an invitation and have the member activate the app.
4. Test the QR code and contact form before rolling out to everyone.
5. Add the remaining members, review the billing quantity, and send their invitations.
6. Choose Core or Connect for the features your team needs.
