How Tapify Teams works

  • A workspace contains your team members, brand kits, contacts, products, settings, and subscription.
  • The owner created the workspace and is the only person who can delete it.
  • An admin can manage the workspace alongside the owner.
  • A team member uses the Tapify mobile app and has a digital business card managed by the workspace.
  • A contact is someone a team member captured or someone who exchanged details through a digital business card.
  • A Tapify NFC Card is a physical card that opens a team member’s digital business card.
Owners and admins use the web dashboard. Team members should follow the Individuals help guides for the iPhone and Android apps.
