Send Tapify contacts to People in Attio. You’ll need to be a Teams Connect owner or admin and have permission to connect apps in the Attio workspace. Tapify on the Attio App Store

Connect Attio

Open the Attio integration

In Tapify, select your workspace and go to Settings → Integrations → Attio.

Approve access in Attio

Select Connect Attio. Sign in, choose the Attio workspace you want to send contacts to, and approve access. Tapify shows Connected when it’s ready.

Export a contact to test the connection

In Contacts, select a contact with a name and valid email address. Choose Export → Export to Attio and confirm. Return to the Attio integration and check Export activity.

Choose how to export

  • Automatic. Turn on Automatically export new contacts in the Attio integration. It sends contacts saved from then on and fills empty fields on matching Attio records.
  • Manual. Select one or more contacts to export from Contacts, including contacts you saved before connecting. Details you send can replace values on matching Attio records.

What is exported?

Tapify matches people by email and sends their name, job title, phone numbers in international format, and LinkedIn profile when available. Tapify uses the company name and website domain to link a company record. An internal note is copied once to the person’s record.

Manage the connection

Open Export activity to see why an export needs attention. If Tapify shows Reconnect required, reconnect the same Attio workspace. Waiting exports resume once access is restored. Select Disconnect to stop future exports. Records already exported stay in Attio.
