Connect HubSpot

1

Open the HubSpot integration

In Tapify, select your workspace and go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot.
2

Approve access in HubSpot

Select Connect HubSpot. Sign in, select the HubSpot account you want to send contacts to, and approve access. Tapify shows Connected when it’s ready.
3

Export a contact to test the connection

In Contacts, select a contact with a name and valid email address. Choose Export → Export to HubSpot and confirm. Return to the HubSpot integration and check Export activity.

Choose how to export

  • Automatic. Turn on Automatically export new contacts in the HubSpot integration. It sends contacts saved from then on and fills empty fields on matching HubSpot records.
  • Manual. Select one or more contacts to export from Contacts, including contacts you saved before connecting. Details you send can replace values on matching HubSpot records.

What is exported?

Tapify matches contacts by email and sends their name, job title, company name, website, work phone and mobile when available. The company name goes on the contact record. LinkedIn is included if HubSpot lets Tapify write to its LinkedIn field. An internal note is copied once to the contact’s activity.
Tapify stores one full name. When it writes a name to HubSpot, it puts the full name in First name and leaves Last name blank. A manual export can replace an existing first and last name with this format.

Manage the connection

If HubSpot blocks the connection, ask your HubSpot admin to check app permissions. If an export fails, check Export activity. If Tapify shows Reconnect required, reconnect the same HubSpot account to resume waiting exports. Select Disconnect to stop future exports. Records already exported stay in HubSpot.
