Teams Core and Teams Connect are priced per member, with monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing charges the full year upfront. See the pricing page for current prices and volume discounts. Choose Core or Connect and monthly or yearly billing. Review the total, billed member count, and effective date before confirming.

Why am I asked to upgrade to Teams Connect?
Features such as shared contacts, CRM integrations, and custom domains require Connect. Check the selected workspace’s plan under Settings → Billing. An owner or admin can select Change plan to upgrade.

Each workspace uses one plan for all its members. For example, upgrading a workspace with 10 members to Connect upgrades all 10.

Standard Teams plans have a five-member minimum. A workspace with three members is billed for five. Members count as soon as you add them, including those waiting for an invitation or activation.
