Create your workspace
Everything in Tapify starts with your workspace. If you haven’t set one up yet, or want to learn more about how Tapify works for teams, book a demo with us, and we’ll guide you through the setup.

Add your workspace logo
Your workspace logo helps team members recognize your brand when they receive an invite.
Go to Settings > General to upload your logo.
Set permissions
Set these permissions before inviting your team members to ensure your workspace fits your organization’s needs.
Navigate to Settings > Permissions to manage your team members permissions to access their digital business card, learn more about permissions.
Set up templates
To design your team’s digital business cards, go to Templates and set up both Tapify Profile and Wallet templates for a consistent brand experience.
Add your team members
To add your team to your workspace, go to Team Management and click Add. Enter their contact details and socials to set up their digital business cards.
You can add team members individually or in bulk.
