The Google Wallet template in Tapify allows businesses to create digital business cards for Google Wallet that automatically personalize with each team member’s details when downloaded.

It displays the team member’s name, job title, and company branding, ensuring a consistent and professional look across your organization.

Configure Google Wallet template

To set up your google Wallet template:

  1. Go to your workspace’s Templates > Wallet > Google Wallet.

  2. Customize branding options to align with your company’s identity.

  3. Publish and invite your team members to download their Google Wallet Business Cards.

Branding

You can customize the Google Wallet template to align it to your company’s branding:

  • Card color — The background color of the card.

  • Logo name — Typically, this is your company’s name.

  • Logo — Upload a square logo for the top-left corner of the card.

    • Recommended size: 660x660px
  • Image strip — Add an image to represent your company or something creative.

    • Recommended: 375px width minimum, with a 3:1 ratio

Customization is limited due to Google’s design guidelines, ensuring a consistent and compatible look.

Variable data

The preview of the Google Wallet Business Card allows you to see how the design will look before publishing. The following variables are automatically populated with team member data:

  • {Full name} — Represents the full name of the team member

  • {Job title} — Represents the job title of the team member

  • QR code — Links to the team member’s Tapify Profile.

Publish

Once your Google Wallet Template is ready, click Publish. Now you’re able to sent your team members an invite to download their Google Wallet Business Card.


Once a template is active, any changes made will automatically update all Google Wallet Business Cards. Updates are applied instantly, so team members don’t need to re-download their cards.
