Use these checks when the digital business card opened by your link or QR code shows old information. Applies to: People using Tapify on iPhone or Android, including team members unless stated otherwise.

What to check

  1. Open Card → More → Edit Card and confirm the information was saved.
  2. Check the preview in Tapify.
  3. Confirm that your phone is online.
  4. Close and reopen your digital business card.
An old screenshot, downloaded QR image in offline mode, or contact already saved on another phone does not update automatically. The online QR code and link to your digital business card continue to show the latest version. If a field is locked, it is managed by your workspace.
