Team brand changes are not showing

Owners and admins can use these checks when a member’s digital business card still shows an older team design. A preview in the brand editor is not a published change. Applies to: Team owners and admins using the Tapify web dashboard.

What to check

1. Open Brand kit and confirm that the correct brand kit is selected.
2. Check the preview and select Publish.
3. Open the member under Team and check their assigned group.
4. Confirm that the group uses the brand kit you published.
5. Refresh the member’s digital business card.

For a Wallet card, ask the member to open Tapify and Wallet while online. Wallet updates can take a little longer to appear.
