Use this guide when the Tapify web dashboard asks you to upgrade to Connect. An admin role and a paid plan are separate: admin access does not unlock features outside the team’s plan. Applies to: Team owners and admins using the Tapify web dashboard.

What to check

Core includes central cards and branding. Shared dashboard contacts, CSV contact export, API keys, Zapier, custom domains, and advanced contact analytics require Connect. Open Settings → Billing to check the selected team’s plan. An owner or admin can choose Change plan. If a change is scheduled, the current plan remains active until the displayed date. See Change your Teams plan.
