Owners and admins can change the team’s plan from Settings → Billing. The change applies to the whole team. Applies to: Team owners and admins using the Tapify web dashboard.

Choose the new plan

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Select Change plan. During a trial or before subscribing, select Choose a plan.
  3. Choose monthly or yearly billing.
  4. Select Core or Connect.
  5. Review the price, billed member count, any amount due, and the effective date.
  6. Confirm the change on the review or checkout screen.
Selecting a different billing period in the comparison does not change your subscription by itself. Finish the confirmation step.

When changes take effect

For an active standard Teams subscription, changes normally follow this schedule. The confirmation screen shows the date for your subscription. Changes during a trial can follow different timing. Always use the date shown in the confirmation for your subscription. For a change that starts immediately, the confirmation shows any prorated amount. A scheduled change keeps the current plan until the displayed date.

Before switching to Core

Core keeps central card management and branding. Shared dashboard contacts, CSV contact export, custom-domain management, the workspace API, Zapier, and advanced contact analytics require Connect. Export any contact information you need while Connect is still active. Review automations that use your API key and any custom-domain links before the change. Ask support about an existing custom domain before relying on it after a downgrade.

Check mobile access before a downgrade

Before switching to Core, ask support to confirm which scanning, enrichment, and tag features your mobile account will retain. Your mobile access can depend on your account and subscription; the dashboard restrictions above do not confirm what a particular app account will retain or lose. A personal Pro subscription does not upgrade the team’s dashboard or enable Connect integrations.

Cancel a scheduled change

Return to the plan selection page under Settings → Billing. If a change is pending, the notice shows the plan and date. Select Cancel change to keep the current plan. Canceling a scheduled plan change is different from canceling the subscription. To stop renewal, use Manage billing.

If a plan cannot be changed

  • Resolve a payment problem through Manage billing.
  • Review an existing scheduled change before choosing another.
  • If cancellation is already scheduled, review it in Manage billing first.
  • Ask an owner or admin if you do not have billing access.
  • Contact support for an individually agreed subscription or a team with more than 100 members.
See Compare Teams Core and Teams Connect for prices and included features.
